This place is amazing! the staff are so caring and wonderful and are genuine animal lovers who try their best no matter what! From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the talented vets they are the only place to bring your pet, if you are looking for somewhere that is straight talking, honest, reasonably priced and not all in it for the money this place is one of the very few still left around! Thank you for all your help you guys are amazing! ⭐️

This place is amazing! the staff are so caring and wonderful and are genuine animal lovers who try their best no matter what! From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the talented vets they are the only place to bring your pet, if you are looking for somewhere that is straight talking, honest, reasonably priced and not all in it for the money this place is one of the very few still left around! Killaloe veterinary clinic has been my vets for my Coco’s last year of life. We had to put him down unfortunately last week after 13 years with him. The staff have always been respectful and they were very compassionate with our situation which made us feel at ease. We knew they did everything they could for our Coco and I feel better knowing they cared for him like we did. Rebecca was always so gentle with him and he felt comfortable with her. A great vet and person.

I was a new customer with my first appointment. The staff made a mistake by booking me for next week what I never asked for that. By calling I was clear please give me an appointment in the next 3 days. When I arrived I faced a very unfriendly staff. Apparently they dont need new customers! I prefer to travel one hour as to ever go back there.

My sweet old cat had got older and older, thinner and thinner. In the last week or so I noticed that she was deteriorating very rapidly. She slept so much, I was half hoping she would one day peacefully die in her sleep. However, death didn't come quick enough. Over the weekend we made the hard decision of getting her put down. We live near killaloe but our vet is in Limerick. They wouldn't do a call out- I was willing to pay but they suggest I put this frail old lady into a box and drive with her to a cold sterile clinic were she would end her life in fear and confusion. I rang several vets and nobody seemed to "have the resources". I didn't question the cost, I just wanted my little cat to die peacefully. I was recommended Killaloe Vetetinary Clinic by my neighbours. I wasn't very hopeful after so many rejections, but it seemed cruel to wait for a natural death. They rang me back with a time- I dropped everything, collected My daughter and drove home to give my cat a gentle and loving passing. The vet arrived on time and was very empathic. Vixen was on her blanket by the fire. The procedure was painless and very fast. The vet was incredibly kind and I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I had never used this clinic and they cared enough to help an elderly cat die with dignity. I couldn't even begin to thank them for what they've done. It's made a massive difference on how we are coping with her death.

So much appreciation for this vet clinic. We had a sick little Yorkie 6 pounds and the doctor was so amazing zeroed in on the infection gave him a shot of antibiotics and medicine he was better in a short time. Our cat got sick and they solved a long term issue!!! So so grateful. Also got our pet passports. Highly recommended! 100 Gold stars.
