Had to take our dog here while we were on holidays, got an appointment same day. Friendly and efficient staff and cost didn't blow the holiday budget!

I am not registered at the practice yet as we are new here. Sadly our cat was run over and we needed help with her cremation. Both of the people i spoke with on the telephone were so helpful and polite.

This was our first visit to Shannonside. We had some confusion about our appointment time but once we were seen by Elaine, a friendly, caring and efficient vet, I could not speak highly enough of this veterinary practice. All of the staff were very friendly and our two dogs even seemed relaxed with their visit. Visits to the vet are generally not their favourite occasions.

Always have a good experience here. Elaine is the Vet I’ve dealt with here and she’s always been very kind and professional. The other staff in the store area and the office are excellent and give great advice. Their prices are very reasonable and value for money . Also they don’t stock shoddy merchandise,everything I’ve bought has been high end and durable.

Helpful and kind. We have raised three big dogs and always take them here. They came out to us on short notice when one of our dogs was in trouble and handle every situation professionally and with respect. Couldn't recommend them more.
