very disappointed with this clinic. i had booked a spay for my dog months in advance as I was off for a week and wanted to give my girl time to recover. but the sat in jan. got a call. before the Monday she was due in wasn't going ahead..as a pet owner your worrying and for this to be cancelled at short notice and so many excuses on the call. my other wee girl was put to sleep there 2 years ago. but since that alot of staff have left which also is unsettling. I just think loads of time to have cancelled this appt. not last minute. Danielle vet is absolutely and always will be fantastic. I've changed my vet. as a dog mammy who looks after their wee pets totally. And Spent a lot of money and I mean alot with a sick wee girl. customer care is lacking and its not fair on customers.

Pat and the team have taken care of all Of our Dogs/ cats for 20+ years. They’re accomodating,competent, compassionate and efficient. There’s nowhere else I would trust to bring my pets when In an emergency.🙏🏼

A wonderful practice! I recently started taking my older dog here and it’s been a great experience. Every single staff member is so kind and helpful. Danielle Kealy has been the one to work with us the most and I cannot sing her praises enough. She is so understanding, gentle, and caring. I am so glad I found this practice and I highly recommend it to everyone in Kilkenny.

Robin- groomed my terrified Goldendoodle - Holly. Holly had a bad experience with a groomer and wouldn't let anyone touch her with scissors etc. I was sure Holly would need sedation . Robin worked her magic and Holly didn't need sedation. I can't thank her enough and I would highly recommend Ormonde Veterinary Hospital

I go here regularly As have a tiny wee yorkie. Since being seen by Danielle it has changed my wee bonnie and to be honest my life She is so friendly and professional..And always there to listen and give me advice. She has changed both our lives. Due to medication she prescribed..im not in surgery every week anymore.. .Thankyou to Danielle and all reception staff that book me in. All so friendly to me and my wee girl.

I haven't enough good words to say about the staff and service received in this place. My friends dog had to be put to sleep and the vet was so kind and caring. We were given all the time we wanted to say goodbye to our furry friend. They explained clearly what would happen, with the vet checking with us every step of the way. I can't remember his name but I will always remember his kindness! The empathy and kindness shown to us at a very sad time was beyond compare. Really, really lovely. Having had to put my own dog to sleep in another practice, with a less than favourable experience, has confirmed for me beyond a shadow of a doubt that Ormonde vets will be my vets for life now. A beautiful clean building, with very kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. They seem to really care about the animals, owners and service they provide. They bent over backwards to ensure we and our animal were looked after as best as they could. A special word of thanks to Aisling, who went above and beyond to help us and ensure our experience was as painless as humanly possible. Highly recommend this place where the animals/owners are king as opposed to making money. They might be a business but the animals/owners come first. Keep up the good work Ormonde Vets!! You are doing a fantastic job!
