From the moment I first walked through the door with Bailey, the team have been nothing short of amazing. We’ve had routine appointments, emergencies, surgeries, and everything in between, and every experience has been positive. What stands out most is how calm and comfortable my dogs are when they visit. Fudge can be reactive, but the team have always handled him with such patience and kindness that he now copes incredibly well, even during emergencies. I really appreciate how medications are dispensed in clearly prepared doses, making them so much easier to administer at home. The discharge information provided is also fantastic, giving clear instructions that are easy to refer back to and helping to reduce stress for an anxious pawrent like me. Being a companion-animal-only practice is another huge plus for me. Every member of the team has been wonderful, and that’s why I won’t single anyone out—they all deserve recognition. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you for everything you do for my pets.
