Excellent care and service. Saw my dog within hour of phone call. Great attention given from all the team. Full discussion about immediate care needed and possible future care required was given by the vet. I have Petcare insurance luckily! I'm relieved to know she's in safe hands. Highly recommend!

Our dog was with old church for 12 years. They are caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Ravi the vet and Shannen the veterinary nurse for all their support

This morning I came in to get some worming treatment tablets for my dog. There was one customer in front of me. 2 receptionists at the desk both serving the same customer. Then one of the receptionists started chatting on the phone about personal things. When I asked them to serve me because I was in a hurry , blonde receptionist with the glasses on told me that there is a queue in front of me and I have to wait and made such a face. I left straight away. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this vet clinic again and will not recommend it to my friends.

Won’t be back after bringing my pets for many years there! Shockingly poor service from the front desk. Receptionist got very personal, started to raise voice and ask do I have problem with her rather than trying to solve the problem. Got overcharged for the treatment when clearly was informed by two staff (receptionist and a vet) prior the procedure about all the costs incurred. Got their apology and a bill of€45 extra as the vet didn’t realise their mistake. Also had to pay the cost at reception before I even seen& collected my pet from the vet. Miscommunication regarding prices and would not take responsibility for their mistakes. Money, not customer satisfaction orientated. The service has declined dramatically at Old Church Vets. Avoid ! In addition to your response- I was quoted the price of treatment and assured there are no additional costs -BY Receptionist and Vet on the phone prior the booking. When I specifically explained what treatment needed and the check up carried out with a different vet in a different practice. The customer service I received that is not even near to a gold standard! Staff became offensive and rude when the problem arose. Shame!
