Found an injured cat today ,very injured and in a lot of pain. Rang this vets for assistance. Was told to take cat to letterkenny for treatment and an overnight stay and was told that I would have to pay for it. I wouldn't have minded that but it was the bad attitude of the person who answered my call, I tried to explain that I was just a person who found the cat but he was having none of it money or no help and he then hung up on me. I took the cat to ramelton vets and I was treated so well and told to go home that they would take care of the cat now..what a difference in attitude and no mention of money. I would have thought that the priority was to get the animal out of pain but no money was definitely the priority there. Just saying....

I would really rate this Vets for dogs/ small animals. We were on holiday from the uk, had an unfortunately accident with our puppy, were an emergency / middle of the night and Darragh could have handle any better. Fast / efficient/ kind/ gentle. Would definitely go back to this practice.

ZERO STARS – BEWARE of MULROY Veterinary Practice, especially vet Ciaran M. We trusted Mulroy Veterinary Practice when purchasing a horse from Ireland. Since we couldn’t travel to see the horse ourselves, we relied on them to perform a 5-stage pre-purchase vetting. According to their report, everything was perfect. The vet found no issues and recommended we buy the horse, stating it was in ideal condition. Unfortunately, when the horse arrived in the UK, it was clearly lame. We immediately had it checked by our own veterinarians here, who found multiple issues: the horse had a visibly crooked leg and one hoof significantly smaller than the other – something that should never have been missed in a proper vetting. This was a shocking and expensive experience. I want to warn others that these vets may have close relationships with sellers, and in our case, they completely failed us. We lost a lot of money and peace of mind because of their negligence. The stress and frustration we’ve gone through is beyond words. Please think twice before using this veterinary practice – we certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I can't thank the vet enough for her exceptional care. She took my dog in after hours when he hurt his paw and did a fantastic job with the stitches. Truly grateful for their dedication and expertise! she was super friendly and helped calm us down, you can tell she truely cares about the animals as well. The treatment was also very affordable. Hopefully i won’t ever have to return to a vets but if i do it will be here

Our biggest dog Thunder was here in tuesday for a dental check up, scale and polish, he is an old boy now, so they go the extra mile to ensure that he is fit for treatment thankfully a clean bill of health and nice white shiny teeth too!! Not bad for an 11 year old pup
