I had to take in my sons cat when he got injured in a fight. The vet was really caring and considerate, and the cat made a full recovery.

I was in this week with my unwell pet, I got the chance to speak with Aine. Can I just say I have never felt more looked after. Even the secretary was so lovely. I can’t thank you two enough for everything, even down to the after care and calling the next day making sure I was alright when he passed. You made it so much easier knowing you weren’t just taking money. You actually cared! I know Benson appreciated it too ❤️

The staff could not be more amazing. My 16 year old cat Saffron sadly passed away yesterday due to an unexpected heart failure, and I am so happy that she was with them when it was discovered. The vet Aine is one of the nicest vets I've ever met, and she was so wonderful as we had to say goodbye to my girl. Thank you Aine, you are truly amazing at what you do!

My cat Winter had pneumonia last month. He was extremely ill and the staff in Moran Court Ballinasloe took great care of him. They are extremely friendly and they treat your pet with so much TLC. Thank you for everything you did to save our dearest Winter.

Great vets. My appointment was with Francisco and he explained everything and showed me what to look out for in future. My cats were very happy there too. The treatment wasn't too expensive. Will definitely go back.
