Fantastic practice excellent vets, nurses and staff. They are so helpful and understanding during the worst of times.

My little guy had an eye infection and despite never having visited the vet before they were able to fit him in right away. Staff were friendly, kind, and considerate. I would recommend Tom and the team to a friend.

I've to wait to be seen by the clinician and notice when the lady in before me coming out sad and I realise she had to say goodbye to her beloved pet. I know then that the clinician took his time to support her in this sad time and that was touching and impressive to know he was empathetic. It means so much to know that if I was in that situation I would have get the time and empathy to say goodbye......

Good vet, explain procedures and costs. Also have candle lit in reception when an owner is saying good bye to a beloved pet...so folks in reception are aware and aware when u come out from vet room having said goodbye..its a lovely little gesture...they show empathy ..(despite their time pressures)allow you time to be with your pet ..to say a long good bye before you let go... thank you Vet care Athy
