Do not go here … if you love your pet do not bring her , we did 5 times in two weeks and our georgous 5 year old retriever died .

What an absolute wagon I just spoke to on the phone. No compassion whatsoever!!!! Didn't ask me any questions, and didn't even say goodbye. Just hung up the phone. You ought to be hiring pleasant staff if they're going to be dealing directly with the public. I'd ring back only I'd end up being seriously abusive. If that's the treatment you get on the phone I wouldnt even bother calling in.

Coming to Beaufield a good many years, first with Rex and now with Jess. Although a number of staff may have changed they remain sociable, friendly and helpful. Reception area can get a little cluttered when more than three clients there.(Jess is a big girl and she needs her space)🦮 I would be only too happy to recommend and introduce Beaufield to any animal.
