I would personally like to thank the vet Robert Franye, for helping me through a very difficult and emotional time. My sweet 14 yr old Westie had to say goodbye on Tuesday night. I am heartbroken. Robert was so honest from the 1st time Roxy seen him and I can honestly say he did an amazing job on putting her to sleep so unbelievablely gentle. He explained everything so well. She died in my arms just how she would of wanted too. Robert is an amazing vet and isn't out to rip anyone off like most vets do. I am truly grateful to you Robert.
