My dog has a chronic tummy issue that other vets in the area seem to not be able to treat and got very frustrated. I visited the vet to just get a second opinion and the vet is just so lovely and empathetic, seems very knowledgeable and has a plan to look into the issue, gave me some great advice and seems like we are getting somewhere. I feel that someone finally heard the issue and is actually trying to help instead of just get me out of the office to move on to the next patient. Absolutely fabulous Vet, they really care for their patients and what an amazing service. They’ve fitted us in due to the serious condition, kind and caring. Allowing us plenty of time with our beloved cat after making the hardest decision to let him go. We were so incredibly grateful for all the kindness Theresa has offered. Thank you! I was here a few weeks ago with my two pet budgies and they recieved great care. Not many vets in the country can treat Budgies but they did a great job and I am very appreciative of it. The staff were very kind and professional. Thank you
