We have always received outstanding care at this clinic. Vet Elvira and vet nurse Ciara have been wonderful with our pets Honey Bee and Tilly, showing great professionalism, patience, and kindness at every visit. They explain things clearly, treat our pets with the utmost care, and always go above and beyond. When we sadly lost our dog Belle last year, the compassion and support we received from them meant so much to us. They treated Belle with dignity and were incredibly kind during such a difficult time. We are very grateful for the excellent care from Elvira, Ciara, and the whole team, and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trusted veterinary care.

I started going to this vets as it was highly recommended by my sister after I found a stray, now my baby. I noticed straight away that Elvira took great time to assess my cat in full, all joints, ears, etc and noticed a skin condition developing I hadn’t even noticed myself! Love her attention to detail and she’s super friendly too. Another positive is they could get us in on short notice when we needed it, and eager to help with all my questions. Can’t recommend enough! We brought our 2 dogs to be neutered. We received a very warm welcome. When I say we I mean our dogs as well. When asked questions the procedure was fully explained. The staff were at all times courteous and friendly and handled our dogs with the respect and care they deserved. A nice surprise wheelchair-accessible parking bays. The follow-up was the same as our initial visit. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who wants the best care and attention for their pets.
