The whole experience was smooth, reassuring, and handled with great attention to detail. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the process smooth and stress-free. The vets and nurses were amazing, so gentle, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about animals. They treated Elliott with so much respect and compassion, which really put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and has a calm, professional atmosphere. You can tell that everything is done to the highest standard. Elliott’s recovery has been fantastic, and I truly believe that’s thanks to the expert care he received here. I highly recommend Vet Cottage Clinic to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care. Always such a caring practice and have been going there with Princess for 8 years and Doyler who died eight years ago. Noreen is so good and thorough with the animals as are any of the vets we have dealt with in Cottage Veterinary Clinic. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Desk staff are also very pleasant to deal with so all round excellent.

I have had my pets at Cottage Vets for nearly 5 years and could never fault them. They are all lovely and genuinely want to care for your pets. They guide and explain everything really clearly. Had the unfortunate case where we had to put one of our dogs down. Everyone was genuinely upset.

Brought Brody to you guys recently and as always, received the highest professional standards. Martha in reception is always so bubbly and friendly, Norine, ( sorry about the spelling error), the Vet, was so so patient with Brody, as he has an aversion to going to the Vet.
