I am posting this review tonight as my very old cat Lolabear passed this evening in the most sensitive hands of Katie and staff.Lola has been attending Hawkfield for over 20 years. In that time she was nursed and treated for many issues.From her neutering and adoption of some of her kittens by Audrey to the treatment of her ear cancer by Alan and Katie.(They gave her new ears any cat would have been proud of)I cannot express my gratitude enough for looking after her so well over the years.Lola and all the others that both myself and my Mam brought in too.All animals are treated as if they are their own and that's what sets them apart.Their care and attention, professionalism and compassion are second to none . I wouldn't consider any other practice. A huge thank you to all the team.

Great place lovely staff members

We have been with Hawkfield Vets for many years now after a couple of bad experiences with our previous vets. Without Audrey, Katie and Alan I truly don’t know how we would have coped with the health issues our treasured rescue dogs have had over the past few years. Not only has their expertise given our pets extra years of life but also a better quality of life. Along with Tracey and Emma completing their wonderful team, their support to us and genuine care and affection for our pets has been absolutely incredible. Despite our little Bonnie usually preferring to keep her feet on the ground, she happily cuddles up to Emma and piddles with excitement when she sees Tracey! We are very lucky to be able to access such a wonderful service. Margaret has also always made sure that we got seen quickly when we’ve needed it, even though those food vouchers drove her mad! Words cannot convey our appreciation and gratitude. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, you are worth way more than 5 stars!

Very professional service. I rang with an emergency and was seen within an hour. I was so grateful because when your pet is not well you really need help and that is what i got. Such a relief to have the help my pet needed and thankfully on the mend now 🤞
