Incredible, compassionate care when we needed it most. My dog suffered a severe, sudden liver and bowel illness last week and James was absolutely tenacious with her treatment. He went above and beyond, researching her symptoms out-of-hours to get her on the right targeted IV medication. During a terrifyingly stressful few days, he answered every single question I had with patience and kindness. I truly felt like he cared about her recovery just as much as I did. Thanks to his dedication, she is back home and turning a corner. An incredible, compassionate clinic that I cannot recommend highly enough

James has an amazing way with my dog, Buddy. Grumpy little terrier when it comes to a nail trim "can't touch this". But James has a winning way. He's thorough and accommodating too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The most caring team from the recptionists to the vets. You can tell they genuinely care and adore all the animals they care for. So so helpful and cannot reccomend enough. My cat was in great hands. Myself and Milo (my cat) thank them for saving his life.

Since adopting 2 kittens 6 months ago James has been their vet. He has done their neutering and taken care of their other health needs and is great with them and gives good advice. Appointments are quick.
