I had a bad experience just brought my dog to get vaccinated and bay an specific worm tablet the vet just gave my dog a different liquid worm and when I was going to pay just heard he saying to the receptionist don't tell her behind my back what seems very disrespectful to me. He probably thought that I couldn't understand English as I'm from Brazil and can speak and understand perfect English and tried to over charge me too.
