Shane , jolyn , Silvia, Lauren , Susan & Rachel are fabulous. I brought my dog as an emergency last weekend for urgent treatment and minor surgery. They were all so good Silvia met us at the door and attended to Ben straight away. He was admitted for the weekend , for tests and for surgery by Shane on Tuesday morning. It was the longest weekend ever.
I can’t thank Lauren enough for sending me a wonderful update and pictures of Ben to help our anxiety. I went up to the clinic several times over the weekend to visit Ben .

Just had a very unpleasant experience with this veterinary practice. Unprofessional staff, given poor advice and they even lied when I highlighted poor customer service. I couldn't move my custom fast enough. Ive been with many vets over the years, both in Dublin and monaghan, and never had such a negative experience.

The love and dedication that this team clearly have for their patients is remarkable. They genuinely could not do enough for me and my baby. Dr. Silvija was absolutely incredible through a genuinely devastating time and went to the ends of the earth to do what she could, including procuring an extremely urgent referral to UCDVH. Dr Shane was always on the end of the phone if I needed guidance or reassurance, Jolyn and Lauren were absolutely fantastic and the kindest, most gentle souls when I needed to be comforted or needed help with insurance paper work. The wonderful girls on reception were always able to fit me in, in an emergency. I am indebted to this practice for what they did for Ivar and I, including giving the us the time and space to say a dignified goodbye when the time came to do so. I am so greatful to you all, and I know Ivar was too, thank you x

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! if you want a vet that will make you feel re assured and understanding of your little dogs condition do NOT go here. one woman vet ( maybe eastern european) spoke to me about my dog and from the start it was with an attitude towards me like you should already know what i’m talking about just no sympathy at all just a woman that goes on like she hates her job and wanted to get home all rush rush rush. she then told me on the phone ‘ don’t change your tone now’ when i was asking questions about my dogs condition trying to understand because im not a vet. in a difficult time for me to be told by the professional handling my dog hours before to ‘ not change my tone now’ was so rude and ignorant and i felt that i had let my dog down by putting her in the hands of a woman that could speak to me like this. the only reason we took my dog here was because no one else could see her sooner. i regret ever taking my dog near this woman. this is not a place to go if you love your dog like a baby, this is a place to go if you view your dog as a dog and nothing more. i can’t speak for any other vet in here but all i know is i would never ever go near this eastern european woman vet ever again. maybe she was just having a bad day but in that job i think that should go out the window when dealing with sensitive cases such as elderly dogs. so unprofessional from this woman and i hope no one else will be made feel stupid or clueless about their little dogs like i was. disgusting and shocking.

We had a very ill small dog,and all team did fantastic job.Thank you so much to all staff ❤You were fantastic and very caring .Hightly recommended.
