Would have rated 5 out of 5 if I wanted my pet killed due to negligence and incompetence (overall staff hadn't a care in the world, did not take the situation seriously even though an emergency vet had been called out) Would not recommend if you dont ever want to see your pet again

These folks are the BEST! Skilled, responsive and kind. We have one old dog who has been treated for 7 yrs in the US and here for recurrent ear infection. Ollie got on top of it, cleared it up, and she has become a happy, carefree dog, younger in spirit than she's been in years.
