I finally had straight answers to my French Bulldog’s pains.I visited Suirside Vets today with Billy, who is a very reactive dog, the staff was really understanding and made him feel very comfortable in there. Every question was answered, every concern was checked. Thank you for all the help, and to Laura, my vet, who was absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough, I totally understand now how people all around the South East goes to this clinic

I want to thank and commend Ger and team at Suirside for the care and compassion recently when i had to say goodbye to my precious lurcher, Woody. Suirside accomodated a request for a late evening appointment and for Ger to come out to my van so that Woody wouldn’t be stressed in his final moments. Ger made it all very smooth and stress free. 2 lovely girls from the staff came to take Woody into the surgery for collection by the crematorium - and though he had passed they treated him with the dignity he deserved. Thank you Ger and Suirside for giving Woody the peaceful end he deserved.

I find this hard to write as it’s only been an hour, We knew the end for our dog Coco was near, I have booked an appointment for my parents this morning to have Coco put down due to her debilitating sickness sparing her enduring the suffering, in a humane manner We had an appointment for 1pm today, everything went as scheduled on our side, the same cannot be said about this clinic, we have been asked to wait and we waited, over and hour we did, Coco was weak as of the journey and the long wait outdoors in the heat, an hour over schedule we got called in to be seated in a chair opposite the vet rooms, in this period there our dog Coco had unfortunately passed in my Fathers arms, I have notified the receptionist about this, the only reaction I had was an open jaw of shock and no questions asked, No humility at all on the clinics side, me and my father swiftly left the premise shocked and left in a humiliating way thinking we could of done better for our beloved dog Coco. I understand the hour wait I understand the nature of our visit did not make it easy on the staff, but as a vet clinic I would of expected something a bit more dignifying for Coco, Yet it seems it was much to expect of this clinic, I know it’s difficult to find a good Vet here, it’s even more difficult to find decent human people. I hope this review in turn find the staff and sparks some change in how things work. Picture below is to celebrate the life of our dog coco, before she was robbed of her good health. I feel sorry we couldn’t do any better for her

They have saved my dog's life and seen him even though they were just about to close while his regular vets said "sure he can survive until the morning, we're closing in 15 min" He wouldn't have. Staff is amazing and my dog was treated so well and he spent a week there. They always give clear advice on what to do next and an honest picture on how bad/good the situation is. Also very affordable prices compared to any other vets in Waterford. I would never, ever go anywhere else.

I know that the very best care is taken of all animals great and small. I wouldn't trust anyone but Tom to look after my lady. He came highly recommended to me and his work is spot on. Always willing to help and explain when one is not sure.
