O'Connor's Ennis Veterinary Surgery provides consultations for companion animals and also runs a mobile ambulatory service for farm and equine clients (as stated on its website). The website also states a 24/7, 365-day on-call emergency service; however, multiple reviews describe not getting a response when calling late at night for an emergency, so expectations around out-of-hours access may be worth clarifying.

The staff/team here are amazing! They are warm, welcoming and do not rush to unnecessary/expensive treatments without solid reasoning. They have a genuine empathy for animals and a great level of compassion for animals and the tougher times. You can be certain your fur baby will be in the safest hands š¾

would not recommend for emergency. They claim they are open 24 hours and have a number too ring out of office hours yet when i rang them after 10pm we got no reply , we then showed up at the clinic, lights were on but we got no reply , we waited out and continued too ring them for 30 minutes around 12 calls from two phones each and no reply . our cat was injured badly and received no help for the clinic thatās supposedly open ā24 hours ā

I want to thank Ennis veterinary surgery for the kindness and compassion shown to me and my 15 year old Staffordshire terrier Poppy today. Time was taken to discuss options and although I knew it was time to let her go I felt tremendously supported in the decision to let her sleep. Thankyou x

wasn't interested in helping our dog, also not open 24 hours. Staff were very rude. Rosco died.

Excellent people here. Been looking for a vets who will actually spend time with my dog and assess his needs and condition without automatically jumping to expensive procedures. Brilliant service. Thank you.

I would highly recommend. I needed to get a stray cat assessed and treated. Ennis Veterinary Surgery sorted him out when others were unhelpful. Excellent service at a reasonable cost. Much appreciated.
