I can't praise the staff highly enough for the care of our Border Collie, who was limping. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours and got him sorted before the weekend.

Its a long story. I wouldn’t recommend this vets for sure. Had very bad experience with them. Our dog is a frenchie, he got a big lump under his mouth, so we sad we need to take to the vets, obviously we took him. And the women, who was very nice, but i don’t think so she is have a lot of experience or …?? Told us it could be a cancer? And he 💯 need to remove it. And have operation and theres a side effects on it and etc.. So myself and husband,when to other vets and they told us ,its 99procents doesn’t have to be removed, you just need to put the cone and leave it on him until the lump will go away.(cause he was scratching and it got infected )Was hard to believe it ,it will… But he was right… It did.. And , i don’t know why, but she was so so sure he needs to remove it theres no other way to be done. No explanation. disappointed. But glad , we went to other ones for another opinion!

We had to put our dog Lucy to sleep yesterday😭😭😭 and the staff here were just so caring with all of us during this horrible time. The kindness and heartfelt sympathy in the mix of all the tears was as comforting as it could possibly be in this sad moment . We miss her beyond words but are so grateful and thankful for all your efforts to try and make her healthy again.

I had to put my loyal, beautiful but old suffering dog Toby put down here, the vet Catarina was the one on duty that sad day but she did her duty with such respect and professionalism talking me through the procedure, my old friend was sent to his next adventure with great dignity and love, for that I will be forever grateful. Very sick bichon made appointment for 21.40 pm on Saturday night we drove from ardee and arrived well on time as the wee dog was very I'll and Carrick veterinary is our dogs vet so 10 mins later another car pulled up while we were waiting then at 22.00 pm the vet arrived and we were standing waiting to be seen to and the man in question said yous may get back into car as your dog isn't as sick as this customers dog has arthritis so we drove off and found a new vet who actually put our little pet first who had a irregular heart beat thankfully the dog is home and doing well no thanks to the ignorant vet who was 20 mins late on Saturday night never again will we take our dog here
