Found it hard to get a vet to neuter my dog. They took me on as a new customer, explained procedure on phone & on day of surgery, with clear aftercare & follow up appointments. Very efficient and professional vets. I would highly recommend

The vet is good, but this is not the first time I’ve been let down by the emergency service. A few years ago, he refused to look at my sister’s cat and she died. Then this morning, I rang and he told me to call someone else. I understand he still gets paid, but if you are an emergency vet you shouldn’t turn down calls this is your job. Very disappointed, and I will definitely stay away from this place in the future.

Great vets. Was in and out in 40 minutes with 2 dogs who got rabies vaccination and eu pet passport. The girls on the desk very helpful.
