Sadly on March 26th we had to bid farewell to our beloved Cocker Spaniel of thirteen and a half years. As you can imagine it was devastating. The staff in My Vet were absolutely amazing. I would like to thank them most sincerely for their care of Rosie over the years and in particular the team that took care of us that evening. Lauren, Jodie and Grainne at reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you ladies. A sincere thank you to our Vet Lisa and the two nurses on duty that evening ( apologies I can’t recall your names)who made Rosie, my daughter and I feel so comfortable and reassured. You were fabulous. Thanks also to Vet Imelda who looked after us so well the previous day for her sound advice and professionalism. Finally, many thanks to John and Eimear who have also given wonderful care to Rosie over her lifetime. We are also very grateful for your card and the Rosie Memorabilia you sent to us. More than 10 years in this clinic with my cats. All employees are experienced and very friendly with animals. Always clean and comfortable. Separately, I want to mention a separate corner for customers with cats, there are also bedspreads to cover the carrier and the cat is less stressed. Generally solid 5 stars

I called about an injured neighborhood cat I've been looking after. Instead of focusing on the animal's welfare or getting him an appointment, I was met with a patronizing interrogation from the receptionist. She was more fixated on why the cat has a name and pushing "free consultations" I didn't mention or ask for, rather than just helping a responsibile, paying customer get an animal seen. Extremely off putting and unprofessional attitude to deal with on top of the stress of having an injured animal. They did get me an appointment in the end, but I ended up taking him to a proper vet elsewhere because of the attitude.

Extremely kind staff and veterinarians in MyVet Maynooth! You can tell that everyone working here loves animals. They have always been very helpful, squeezing us in for appointments, taking our calls, and helped us check the tag of a lost dog that we found. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Thanks for looking after our cats Claude and Sylvester.
