I feel my dogs are in such safe hands in Cottage Vets. I have already one friend who has moved to Cottage vets as a consequence of how pleased I have been. From the staff at reception, who are absolutely fantastic and so helpful, to the nurses and vets. They listen, they examine, they listen, they ask questions, they consider the best treatment or advice and then they do the absolute best in each circumstance for your beloved pet. I recently changed veterinary clinics in Newbridge and I’m raging that I didn’t find this clinic sooner. Fantastic veterinary clinic with an amazing team. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps put you at ease. Their focus is always on the wellbeing of your dog, and they go out of their way to create positive, calm experiences during visits(giving loads of pets and treats). It’s clear they genuinely care about both pets and owners. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
