Animal Hospital is an excellent practice with lovely staff and very professional vets. They always make sure to get my opinion and never fail to reassure my worries. My dog always hated the vets and never wanted to go through the door but since I’ve been going to them she’s walking through the door with more confidence each time. Very trustworthy and they handle my dog with so much care.

Wir waren im Urlaub auf der Durchreise und mussten den Notdienst in Anspruch nehmen. Wir wurden außerordentlich freundlich empfangen, die Behandlung war sehr kompetent. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Very disappointing interaction with a receptionist here today. My elderly mother rang enquiring into getting an urgent appointment for our geriatric dog who has several large terminal tumors and was in a considerable amount of pain. It was a difficult call to make and was made much harder when met with the cold dismissive attitude of your receptionist. It's not reflective of the treatment we've received before from the veterinarians themselves however I feel such poor customer service needs to be highlighted especially in a business such as this one.

It was my first time visiting with my dog Buster. He's an old dog in for a check up to ensure he's having a good quality of life. I was very pleased with the lovely vet who checked Buster over. As an older dog of 15, I brought him in to ensure that he's doing well. I was delighted with thorough checks he got and the chat on how best to keep Buster happy with life and pain free in his elder years. I thought the consult fee was reasonable and would recommend them if your looking for vet surgery in the Castlebar area. Friendly staff and the consult wasn't rushed, clean and well laid out. There's lots of pet products to buy in the reception area and plenty of parking there too which was easily accessible.
